Learn more about…

You are not broken or a burden. With me, you’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.

You might be here because you…

  • Have a hard time being nice to yourself — You say things to yourself that you would never dream of saying to someone else. You’re not sure you even deserve the same kindness you so freely give to others.
  • Are afraid to share what’s really going on inside — There are parts of you that you worry others won’t understand… thoughts, urges, or feelings you’ve tucked away because you aren’t sure anyone would truly get it.
  • Struggle with eating disorders, addiction, or coping patterns that have pulled you away from who you want to be — You’re struck in behaviors that you aren’t proud of and aren’t in line with your values, but you’re not sure how to break free.
  • Feel weighed down by shame or guilt — You often feel like “too much” or “not enough”… sometimes both all at the same time.
  • Don’t trust yourself — Your thoughts feel confusing, your choices feel uncertain, and you’re constantly second-guessing yourself.
  • Feel stuck in things that are out of your control — You’re either replaying things that happened, wishing they had gone differently, or you’re trying to fix people and situations you can’t actually fix. Both feel productive but neither actually works.
My Approach

I help you untangle what’s keeping you stuck so you can build trust in yourself.

Therapy isn’t something I do to you, it’s a journey we take together. Your feedback on what’s helping and what isn’t will shape how our work. I’m here to teach, support, and guide you, but you’re the expert on your own life.

So you’ll set the pace… always being invited, not pushed, to share. We go where you’re ready to go (when you’re ready to go there), and we’ll figure that out together.

When coping patterns like eating disorders, substance use, or other addictions take over, they often pull you away from what genuinely matters to you. We’ll work on getting you back in alignment with your values and being the person you really want to be.

But please know, if you’re starting to realize that your ways of coping have come at a cost to you or the people around you, that doesn’t mean you’re broken or weak. It doesn’t mean you’re a terrible person. Finding ways to cope at all is pretty resilient. You found a way to survive, but now you’re ready to find a better way to live. That actually takes a lot of courage.

So while we take a look at the hard stuff, we’ll also work on helping you relate to yourself more compassionately, learning to talk to yourself more like you would a friend instead of your own harshest critic.

If you’ve ever thought “I can’t say this out loud”… you can here. No filtering, no judgment, no walking on eggshells.

In return, I’ll be direct with you in a way that’s grounded and supportive, not harsh. You deserve both the safety to be honest and someone who will actually be honest with you as well.

Some of the pain and frustration you’re carrying might be rooted in trying to control things or people you really have no control over…and feeling powerless in the areas where you actually do have power.

Letting go isn’t about giving up. It’s not about okaying what someone else is doing. It’s about relief. It’s about focusing your emotions and energy in the right places to influence meaningful change.

Together, we’ll clarify what’s yours to hold and what’s not, so you can stop carrying what was never meant to be yours.

We won’t pretend things are good or easy when they aren’t. But we also won’t make it heavier than it has to be. There’s room here for humor and lighter moments along the way, because healing doesn’t have to be intense all the time.

I am a dog mom to a beautiful and sassy mini Bernedoodle. I love traveling and exploring the world and getting to know different cultures so I often look for the hidden gems of places and not so much the tourist attractions!

The beach is my absolute happy place and where I feel most myself. I think of myself as very adventurous and I am always looking to try new things that push me out of my comfort zone so I can continue growing. My faith is also very important to me.

You’re more capable of change than that voice in your head wants you to believe.
