Senior Therapist (Team Lead Track)

Southlake, TX | Hybrid Clinical & Leadership Role

Nourished Soul Center for Healing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced therapist who is passionate about eating disorder treatment, collaborative care, and helping other clinicians thrive.

This is not a traditional therapist position.

We’re looking for someone who wants to continue doing meaningful clinical work while gradually stepping into a leadership role within our practice. This position is designed for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring others, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and helping shape the clinical culture of a growing specialty practice.

About Nourished Soul Center for Healing

Nourished Soul Center for Healing is a multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Southlake, Texas specializing in eating disorders, OCD, trauma, substance use, mood and anxiety disorders, and women’s mental health. Our team includes therapists, registered dietitians, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner who work collaboratively to provide whole-person care.

About the Role

This position combines direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities.

Initially, the majority of your time will be spent providing therapy services while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities as you become familiar with our team, systems, and culture.

Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a larger leadership position for the right person.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 18-20 sessions per week
  • Specialize in eating disorders and related concerns including anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, body image concerns, and substance use
  • Collaborate with dietitians, psychiatric providers, physicians, treatment programs, and other professionals
  • Complete timely and high-quality clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development

Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical resource and support for therapists on the team
  • Assist with case consultation and clinical decision-making
  • Support consistency in treatment planning and clinical standards
  • Help onboard and mentor new clinicians
  • Assist with supervision of associate therapists as qualified
  • Help cultivate a healthy, supportive, and accountable team culture
  • Partner with the Clinical Director/Owner on clinical initiatives and practice growth

Required Qualifications

  • LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent independent licensure in Texas
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Significant experience treating eating disorders
  • Experience working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues
  • In-person availability in Southlake

Preferred Qualifications

  • LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or equivalent supervisor credential
  • Eligible for supervisor designation or approaching eligibility
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring, training, or leading clinicians
  • Experience working in higher levels of care (PHP, IOP, residential)
  • CEDS, IEDS, or other advanced eating disorder training
