About Nourished Soul
Welcome to healing
Nourished Soul Healing Center is a multi-disciplined group of practitioners offering therapy, nutrition and coaching services, both virtually and in-person. Our therapists incorporate traditional therapy modalities, such as psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavior (DBT) therapies, with newer techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic (body-based) methods.
Our dietitians treat a range of medical and nutrition concerns using an approach that avoids unnecessary food rules and restriction whenever possible, so that there can be joy in nourishing yourself!
A little bit about our history… After being a solo practitioner for several years, Cherie Miller, MS, LPC-S founded Food Freedom Therapy in 2020 and later hired an amazing therapist to join her. In the short time since then, the group has grown to 7 professionals total, including therapists, dietitians, and a food freedom coach. In 2022, the name was changed to Nourished Soul Center for Healing to better reflect our expanding services to more clients seeking healing in their mind, body and soul!
We are located in Southlake, Texas. Our office is convenient for people in the Colleyville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB) areas. We also offer virtual therapy and nutrition counseling to anyone residing in Texas!
