Service FAQ’s

For therapy, clients must reside in Texas since all of our therapists are licensed in Texas only. We are mostly telehealth at this time, but do offer in-person appointments at our offices. Our Southlake office is convenient for people in the Colleyville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and HEB areas.

For dietitian nutritionist services related to clinical eating disorders or medical conditions, clients must reside in Texas since our Registered Dietitians are licensed in Texas only for medical nutrition therapy. We are mostly telehealth, but do offer in-person appointments at our office in Southlake.

We offer virtual coaching services to anyone residing in the U.S. or internationally.

We specialize in treating adults and children age 8+. Occasionally, we will accept clients who are younger if we feel he/she is a good fit for one of our therapists or dietitians.

Session FAQ’s

Both in-person and telehealth appointments are offered for therapy as well as dietitian nutritionist therapy. In-person appointments are in Southlake and depend on availability.

Live video sessions allow you to talk with your therapist, dietitian or coach in a virtual face-to-face setting (similar to Skype). We use a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure confidentiality. The system will send you a unique link for each appointment ahead of time. At the time of our scheduled session, you will use the link to log into our system online or on the app. Your provider will initiate the virtual session and you’ll get started—it’s easy and 100% secure.

We respect that clinical eating disorders are complex and medically dangerous mental illnesses, and as such, coaching is meant to supplement treatment you’re already getting from a therapist or dietitian, not take the place of it. Also, counseling is the more appropriate option for anyone who is dealing with other serious mental health issues like depression or anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or unresolved trauma.

We typically require coaching clients to be working with a therapist or dietitian; however, coaching might be an appropriate stand-alone service for someone with subclinical disordered eating, body image issues, or who is further along in their recovery. If you are in need of a therapist and/or dietitian and reside in Texas, you can see one of our team members.

This varies depending on the issues you are struggling with and your goals. It also depends on how much work you are willing to put into the process in between sessions.

Fee FAQ’s

Some of our providers are paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United / UMR, Aetna, Cigna and Sana plans. For our providers who are not paneled, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement if you plan offers that.

PLEASE NOTE: Our providers who are paneled are often full. Most providers in the area who take insurance are. Our associate providers are private pay only but have lower fees and are wonderful clinicians!

We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. Please inquire about that at hello@nourishedsoulcenter.com.

Below are the rates for our individual therapists. Please know that we do reserve some sliding scale spots for clients in need of discounted services, so please contact us about that if needed!
