Learn more about…

Let’s get to the deeper roots of your struggles and pain so you can create real, lasting change.

You might be here because you…

  • Feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand — Whether it’s substance use, disordered eating, relationships, or emotional cycles that you keep repeating, we can start disrupting things… in a really good way.
  • Have tried to “fix it” but nothing seems to stick — You’ve put in effort, maybe even done therapy before, but something deeper still feels unresolved.
  • Carry pain from past experiences that still show up today — Trauma, grief, or things you’ve pushed down are now coming out in ways you didn’t expect or find hard to control.
  • Use coping strategies that worked at one point… but are now hurting more than helping — And part of you knows it’s time for something to change.
  • Feel frustrated with yourself — You’re frustrated or ashamed because you think you should have it figured out by now, but don’t.
  • Want more than surface-level coping skills — You’re ready to understand the “why” behind your patterns and actually shift them.

My Approach

We don’t just talk about what’s wrong, we actually empower you to live more fully and freely.

I don’t get tunnel-vision about issues like addiction or eating disorders, simply focusing on that as the problem itself. I want to understand what your patterns have been doing for you, because those patterns usually make a lot of sense once we look at what’s underneath them. They’re often ways of coping with things that are much deeper, much more complex.

I love thinking outside the box and incorporating experiential approaches like movement, sand tray therapy, and body-based work (like Brainspotting) to help you process things in a different way.

You’re a human being, not a cookie. So there’s no standardized, cookie-cutter approach with me. I will tailor our work to your specific goals and preferences.

Because I believe the most foundational part of good therapy is meeting you where you are and building our work around you… your story, your needs, your pace.

You’ve survived some awful stuff, and yet you’re here. So I promise, you’re more resilient than you probably give yourself credit for. Part of our work will be helping you connect with your strengths and resilience, and build on what’s already there.

My goal for you isn’t just a bunch of “aha” moments where things start to make more sense. That kind of insight is an important part of the process, but it only opens the door to the possibility of change. Real change comes when insight is paired with the tools and skills to actually do something different.

And if trauma is a part of your story in any way, that deserves attention too… even if there’s a little voice inside saying it wasn’t that big of a deal or you’ve already put it behind you. Trauma work is not about “getting over it,” it’s about healing the damage that was done to the way you see yourself, see others, and experience the world.
