Yoga Classes
real yoga for real bodies. Classes are designed to support your body, honor your experience, and help you feel more grounded—physically and emotionally. While not customized like private yoga sessions, Tess does consider all abilities and skill levels in her classes!

Meditation Classes
Our guided meditation sessions are designed to quiet mental chatter and cultivate deep inner calm and clarity. Through intentional breathwork and mindful connection to your present-moment awareness, you’ll learn to anchor yourself in a state of peaceful being.

Tess Patterson, RD, RYT-200
I’m a Registered Dietitian and yoga teacher (RYT-200), and I’m passionate about helping people build a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. I believe yoga should feel good and be accessible to all bodies—no matter your size, shape, or experience level. If you’ve spent years battling your body, reconnecting with it can feel challenging, and that’s okay. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can move in a way that feels natural, safe, and empowering!
